ONE - The Successful Manga Artist

ONE is the pen name used by a Japanese Manga artist famous for his series 'One Punch Man', which he originally released as a webcomic in 2009. Despite the poor illustration it had received millions of hits by 2012 for it's unusual storyline. This caught the attention of another manga artist called Yusuke Murata who contacted ONE and offered to redraw the webcomic for the manga website 'Young Jump Web Comics', first chapter published on 14 June 2012. Announcements for the anime adaptation being made by the popular 'Studio Madhouse' were released on 10 March 2015. The first season was aired on 5 October 2015.
